The UI isn't great, not very intuitive, and feels all over the place. Our previous nursery's app looked a bit dated but nailed reporting, private child photos, meal and nappy tracking, medical forms, and app notifications. This current app is so poor it almost puts us off checking our own child's progress and well-being.

Quite good once on the app although layout is not very intuitive. Big issue with lack of push notifications in spite of ensuring they're all turned on which entirely defeats the object for me as I forget to check and miss updates. Clearly I'm not the only one with this problem judging by the other reviews so it's a shame the developers haven't bothered to sort it out given it was mentioned over a year ago. Also would be good to download the photos as our old nursery app was able to do.

The app is fine but it is not allowing push notifications to my android phone, even though I have enabled them in the app settings and checked they are enabled in the general settings on my phone. I'm instead having to rely on email email notifications and manually logging into the app. My partner is not having these issues with the iPhone version of the app.

The app still doesn't send push notifications, despite having the needed permissions. Still doesn't have the option of downloading pictures. Otherwise, it is a very lovely, useful tool to get updated on the child's progress and daily routine.

There is no option for update photos to be shared with us only, without giving permission for them to be shared with EVERY OTHER USER in the same room. This functionality exists in the stock Famly app, as our previous nursery used it, and we'd only get photos of our child (and nobody else would). I'm not comfortable for photos of my child going to everyone. But BH seem to have turned off this privacy option, so I get photos of other kids (which I don't want!) but none of my child (which I do!)

Make up it's mind on the way you want me to login either stick to pin which I set up or username and password so I can try to remember it. Be consistent with login

App is OK and it's great to be able to follow what the baby does at the nursery. However, as other reviewers have mentioned push notifications do not work for me either so I have to keep logging in the refreshing. I would also like to be able to download photos which I think is not possible at the moment.

This app is clunky and logs me out for no apparent reason. Among other annoying features are that it emails me to say I have a message but doesn't just include the message in the email. All in all it's pretty poor and I would not use it if the nursery didn't insist on it.
