Very horrendous app and of course it's from China. I pick west then it shipped to east for no reason and now i can't even get my package. Service was terrible, not only are the agents useless, i can't even understand what they saying most of the time. Waste both my money and my time. App is buggy and can ruined your whole experience. Fix your app pls. Highly recommend you to avoid it as much as possible.

Cainiao is trying to ask Taobao user to add their dedicated address directly in Taobao account and place order. I tried and it works at first two orders, and recently with the start of 1111 promotion, all the parcels seems to have issue that the customer service keep saying they are unable to identify if you are the actual user who place the order while I have linked my account.

I just wanted to access my new ykk headphones and was instead prompted to long in and past for access. now I'm having to get out of that and throw away my new headphones because instead of just working I was tricked in to signing up for something I did not need.

Worse app ever. For straight 3 days, whenever I wanted to consolidate my parcels, it shows error. It's causing a lot inconvenience for me. What a waste of time. I will definitely stop using their service once I get all my parcels back.

Chinese spy app. Do not use return your drone. App needed for cheap kids drone. Requires permissions to make and receive calls on your behalf. Requires signing up for account to use, all agreements are 100% in chinese. Requires valid non-VoIP phone number to create account, no textnow etc. Half the verbiage is Chinese, the other half broken engrish. Don't know how well it works my kids phone doesn't have service, because he is 5 so it will not allow use. Shame on that company/country....

The apps recently experience failure frequently. It log me out every time, and need to relogin. While login it always failure with your mobile number is registered. I have to uninstall it to use again. It repeat since September.

This app is advertised as being similar to wish. But it's not, it's a shipping company to sell things around the world and even if you put English it's all in Chinese. Who does it help? Lazy people trying to cut corners. No thanks. Uninstalled.
