I used to like this app, but now it's frustrating. I used to be able to message as well as schedule my appointments to all my physicians, including my specialists, but now I can only message my primary care as well as schedule. If I have questions for my specialist, I have to email my primary care physician, and then she forwards it to the intended doctor. It's frustrating, especially since you rarely get anyone to pickup the phone. Ugh, you should've left the app alone!

My son had surgery at cedar Sinai and during surgery a small piece of plastic was left inside of him and he got a bad infection and has had to have 2 emergency surgeries. it's a nice facility but not all nurses and doctors are as detail oriented as they should probably be and could definitely communicate better.

Excellent app! A portal to see all appointments, results and doctors notes. It also allows for pre-registration and payments. Updates are quick and notifications are sent timely. All outside labs and medical records are also scanned and available. And it also provides a communication vehicle with the care team. It beats calling them and hold. A functional, useful and user-friendly app. By the way if the patient is not tech competent or need help, s/he can share access with someone trusted.

It has to many deficiencies in many areas. It has erased emails I have written before I could send them. It has problems scrolling in the editor. The financial statements give no information or nondescript information about charges on the billing and in some cases it does not state who provided service and/or for what services were provided and when (it does know how to ask for and take money). New version of app does not present a common presentation and changes from one platform to another.

The app is pretty and straightforward. One big problem is the sign in function. It used to have a biometric function. But they deleted it in the last update. Think if you are sick, how can you remember your password? I want my data secure and I also need to have easy access. Please bring back this feature. Thank you.

I also find the opening page after logging in useless because you can't click on any of those subjects. Then I had to figure out to click on the horizontal lines for the real menu. So what's the point, why not have all the options on the main page? I also can never find how to add a doctor and has problems sometimes with UCLA having the system joined so I can't get all my test results for example because it says iy is having problems. And the test results there's really not a great explanation.

What is wrong with your app? First of all, entering the correct data ALWAYS results in a failed log in causing me to redo my password. Second, entering the new password must be done blind as you can't see what's entered. It's a game until both entries match! It's just an overprotected messaging app that more trouble than it's worth. Terrible.
