Worst app I've ever used. I have a fever of 102 and I'm writing this review instead of going to urgent care because I'm so angry. Tried to log in, wrong password, fine, click forgot password link. It requires you to enter your birthday, in a widget that defaults to today and you can only go back 1 month at a time. I had to hit left 480 times to get the email with a reset link. Then it didn't even work. Said had to enter required fields, but my new password was already def in both. Unbelievable.

CIRRUSMD app is total JUNK says my device Is rooted - - which is a total LIE just running Android installed app from google play store. Can't login - - App NOT functional. All other apps including my banking apps work just fine!

Downloaded app, clicked register which took me to a page that said create account at the top, cool...I enter basic info to create my account and an error message pops up and literally tells me "We have no records matching the info you provided"....um yeah you shouldn't that's why I'm creating an account...acting like I'm trying to log in to an existing account with the wrong info..? This app is seriously handicapped.

I had 1 good experience and I raved to my loved ones. I've tried to use it 2x since then and have been disappointed & upset respectively. The marketing suggests that you can just refill any maintenance meds whenever you need them. It's impossible for me to get face-to-face appts w my primary doc, but I didn't stress bc I knew I could use Cirrus. Well, they only want you to use them in an emergency. But they don't tell you that until it's too late to get an appointment with your primary dr.

Disappointing experience! The first couple of times were ok, but then I got a guy who clearly was not reading my messages or paying attention. I thought that was really rude and unprofessional! I logged out and uninstalled the app! Won't waste my time again! 👎🏻

I've tried using this service multiple times and every time they either refer me to my PCP (if I could get in touch with her I wouldn't have bothered with a different doctor) or they say to basically say to just sit on it and try again later or if it gets worse. If it gets worse I'd be going to urgent care not wasting my time with this app.

if you test positive and have risk factor don't text them They can't perscrib the medication that is perscribed for "IT". You to go to urgent care or hospital. Forget prevention or precautions One of the medication are perscribed early to work. I thought this app is to keep cost down,and keep ER clear. Maybe it was the Doctor I spoke to today. I've never had this problem with anything else I've needed to talk with them about. they've always been extremely helpful. Except for this issue.

Literally saved my life! I went to urgent care with severe face and eye swelling and sent home with antibiotics and diagnosis of severe sinus infection. I didn't think that was right so I used cirrusMD and sent a pic to the doctor who told me to get to ER immediately for CT. that saved my life, it was cellulitis of the face, and it was bad. The hospital said it could have killed me if I hadn't came in! I can't thank this app enough!!
