Can't remove items from the cart once you add them! At least there's no obvious way. So I can never complete an order without paying for something I don't want. You can't calculate nutrition values. Heck you can't even see them! Just a vague calorie range. On the plus side, there's lots of pretty pictures of food I can't buy. Brilliant! 🙄

As others have said, no Drive thru option, can't choose type of drink, payment with promo is kind of clunky to put all together, limited customization on a good amount of menu items. Used for lunch order at noon, got text update at 8:30pm that order was ready?? Don't see much advantage in using this app as opposed to just going there & ordering.

When typing data it blocks the submit button so you can't finish without backspacing. Doesn't let you pick a time just tells you it will be ready 10 minutes from when you order. We live 20 minutes away so cold. Makes you go inside to pick up. Very lousy service. Taco bell 🔔 ap way better. You should be able to go through drive through provide your name or order number so they can make it fresh. Very dissatisfied.

Can't order and pick up in the drive thru, app is all about convenience who wants to go in and get it? Plus if you're a few minutes later than the time you put for pickup it sits in an unheated unattended box on the front counter where anyone could mess with it. App is buggy and closes a lot. Figure it out Runza.

Had error message, so tried a couple times to submit. Have multiple charges on my card and when I called runza they did not have my order in their system. The local store said they are unable to refund so have almost $100 tied up in orders they never received

Needs to have an option for pick up asap. Also should have a drive through option. And in that case, specific drinks should be able to be chosen in the app instead of just "small drink".

Won't open on my phone. It says my phone is supported. Contacted them and they were aware of the problem but 6 months later, still not fixed

Will not let me sign in. Will not let me create a new account. Will not allow my new password. Even though it has everything required, I get an error saying the password doesn't meet qualifications. I have not been able to use this app for at least 6 months...
