Company 5star but service zero. After 3 week over no one came to solve the problem. After 3 week customer care call me ask me that ac is working properly how stupid they are. Very poor service

I had extremely bad experience with voltas service. My AC is about 8 years old. There was some noise problem so I raised a ticket. Technician visited after two days. When he arrived everything was working fine.only noise was there. He did some experiments to find noise source and blew up fan motor. I had to pay Rs 4500 to get the fan motor replaced. They simply replaced the fan motor although it could be repaired as well. I am never going to buy any voltas or TATA product anymore.

I am getting Water leakage issue multiple times last time also I have told but there is no proper response from voltas team so why my issue not highlighting properly and I am not getting a proper solution my new AC.very bad customer experience. I will not recommend anyone to buy this kind of product.

Worst company I have ever seen. Worst product. I purchased my AC 3 YEARS back since then it is giving problems and problems. Every year gas is required. Voltas has its service center as UNIQUE INTERNATIONAL here the staff doesn't know how to talk to customer. WORST SERVICES

Dear attention please... I'm technician from voltas authorised service center. So I face every time problems in voltas vcare aap.every time show our backend system facing some difficulties. How can I close the call at same time. We lost our RT & DT . Please rectify our problems.....🙏

If the Purchase type and Purchase from is already filled in the SR , in mobile app technician not able to changed The purchase type , Purchase from because it shows freezed and purchase from free does not appear in Mobile app, Due to this many call has been rejected with reason invoice details are not matched and Penalty is also added to double Multiple of SR Value.
