Most of our issues with this app have been resolved over time, there is just one gripe that I still have. The way it charges our debit card in chunks, then refunds whatever is extra is annoying - it wouldn't have to be, mind you... If we could just load onto the app the amount we expect to spend for the day and have it work like a declining balance card (like buying Google Play credit) that would be amazing. Having it charge our card $150 when we only spent $68 is ridiculous.

It's like a 50/50 shot if it'll work. Most of the time, I manage to get one washer going or sometimes none and then when I go to enter the machine number and it gives me an error code saying that machine can't be used. For every. Freaking. Machine. It's a really annoying bug. Would be 5 stars if not for that. They only ever do a $1 hold on my card.

Terrible experience, authorization hold is ridiculous and should be stated in bold letters somewhere other than terms of use!! Took my only $25 had left til payday. Never using this again. There's no sense in doing holds if the card goes through for amount being requested... taking more for a hold is INSANELY unnecessary!!! And app barely worked. Do away with the card holds and may use it again, until then.. never!

This was my first time using the app and it will be my last. Washing was ok. It gave me the proper wash time. Now, the dryer was a different story. First, it only gives you 3 minutes at a time instead of allowing you to put in the time you need. I gave it a try, 3 minutes time but stopped after 2 minutes but the app showed it was still running. Tried it again and got same result. Thanks, but NO THANKS! Going back to using coins.

Just downloaded & used this app for the first time & I have to say I am impressed with how fast & painless the process was to enter the location, add the payment method, and automatically watch my machine load up to begin washing. This legitimately just saved me time & the extra added headache of going to the ATM to then gather a handful of coins to enter into each machine (3 to be exact). Im not certain why there are so many negative reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite!

Works sometimes but doesn't most of the time. I try to type a machine number that isn't in use and is working properly, but I am told I can't use it because of some error. Yet if I had quarters, it would work just fine. I thought I had this app for a more convenient way of paying to get my clothes washed, yet it seems paying with quarters is the better option most of the time. On the days it works, I'd suggest getting the app, and on the days it doesn't, I'd suggest deleting the app.

I was at the laundry mat and was excited to see they had an app. Went to install and set up was easy until you got to the location part where after an hour of trying to get it to work it kept saying the location was unavailable. Deleting this app it just wasted an hour of my time. Very disappointed and to add misery there is no way to contact anyone about this issue. Wouldn't even give it one star but have no choice in the matter

Easy to use, but lacks some features. It would be more effective if there was a way to report machine errors. My location doesn't have a posted phone number to call about machine issues. There is a sign that says to leave a note on the machine with the issue and your name and address. I don't feel safe posting that information where just anyone can see it. If the app had a way to report, it would be better. Thanks.
