I love my little app and glucose monitor. it's as close to a continuous glucose monitor (that my insurances won't cover). I almost don't mind poking my finger because of this. I wish I would've had it 40 years ago when I became a type 2. of course, I'm not sure they had cell phones yet. if you're pondering getting this, know that it's super easy to use. It has a graph with lines showing when your glucose is high and low. The support team is great ,fast, and friendly. Get it!

I really enjoy this app. It makes taking my levels very simple. The few times I have experienced issues they have been very responsive to my issues and had them fixed quickly. I recommend Center to anyone who wants to track their blood sugar and doesnt want a bulky meter ans to then have to log it elsewhere.

I've been using this app now for about 6 months for all the people that are having issues. If you log on to the website and not the app. And hit reset data, and then go on to the app And do the same it Resync Everything and all the issues go away So I reset the data once a week took me a while to figure that out. But remember reset on the website first and then the app I have no other issues meters very accurate just had my ac1 done and it was Very close to what it was saying on the app

I absolutely love this app. I found it from Facebook and since being a diabetic. I've been subscribed to it and it's so easy to have my blood sugar's able to check at the palm of my hands. I don't have to worry about buying a new meter. Or finding a meter because I literally have my phone all the time. And the customer service is so easy that having to pause shipments is not even a hassle.

7/20/24 If I could give it a NO Stars.....I would. No Notification, no email, no nothing from this app advising that the app has a bug, and until the developer pushes out a fix, you can't use the app at all. Only found out this morning when I tried to open the app to ise and it immediately closes before even opening. Not a good service when your subscribers, who rely on this app to check their BG, can't use it, and have no idea when it can be used.👎

Since I have been on the Center's glucose tracking app, I have found the app is easy to use and most importantly, the Support Staff are phenomenal! They are quick to respond to messages, are fast problem solvers, and always ask if they can do more for you. Ellie has been my primary support person and she is the BEST! If you are prediabetic or Type 2, like me, you will be glad to have this app and staff to guide you through living with this disease!

So far, of all the diabetic apps i've tried, this one is the best. It's easy to use, and they seem to have every food possible listed in there, very rarely any guessing as to what the carbohydrates are or calories. Again, it is listed in the app for you & just really like it.

I've been using the app and meter for a little over 3 months now and haven't had any issues other then running out of strips. I sent a message to change my subscription and I was sent 3 things of strips right away and haven't ran out since. I like that I can check my sugar on my phone and everything is saved in it. So much easier then writing it down and easier to show when my doctor at appointments.
