A bit hopeless to use - it auto-logged me out (fine, for security reasons) and there was no login button anywhere(?!), and only four options (repairs, payment, crisis accommodation, askizzy) and nowhere to navigate for other options (e.g. logging back in, applications, income/rent, etc.) so I had to uninstall the app, reinstall, and restart it all. It was just a bit silly, that the simplest function (to log back in and access all the other stuff) was a difficult process. Repairs page goes blank.

The app is easy to install and use. It is easy to find the different sections and you can update your details etc without waiting on the phone to speak to maintenance staff. I also really liked that you can call from the app or email maintenance requests and you get a reference number immediately. I would definitely recommend this app.

I have had nothing but constant issues uploading documents. It will either not attach and load or I am constantly getting error messages stating an issue occurred and I am then logged out. There is nowhere to troubleshoot problems and contacting direct takes ages. Super frustrating when already under alot of stress trying to make sure my son and I don't go homeless

Update: Here we are in 2023, and the facsepay still doesn't load. The app is still pretty pointless for me. I went through all the trouble shooting with the app team who never solved the issue. Have tried on multiple phones too. Still have to use the website to pay rent. Original from 2019: Everything seems good except FacsEpay won't load so I still have to log in via a browser to pay rent.

Would give 0 stars if I could. App always crashes, rendering it completely useless. youre better off calling and waiting for 6 hours and then getting hung up on, then calling and waiting another 8 hours the next day only to get hung up on again. Housing in general has no idea what theyre doing.

DISGUSTING! Eleven (11) mths after my application was submitted & still NO change from day one (1) on app & NO correspondence of any kind from the DEPT OF HOUSING regarding my application. The app states they will give an answer within four (4) weeks of receiving a completed application. Clearly the app is only a portal for information to be uploaded to the dept & that's it. No return correspondence what so ever. When questioned regarding this they say, OH there must be a glitch with the app!

I've tried on desktop and now my phone and every time you ask for a verification code and it is NEVER sent to my email. I've been trying to do this for over a year now. I've called you and told you about it, but apparently you can't sign me up at the office or over the phone, so I'm left waiting for a verification code that will never arrive. Super frustrating!

Updated the app 2 days ago and part of the update was an option to save login and password details this is not the case as it doesn't give me that option also it would be good if it saved your PRN because not everyone can remember it off the top of their head if they have to use the app
