The drivers are excellent, but the app is always giving the drivers the wrong address whether you type it in or use the app, this is a system glitch and apparently I'm owing because their app has a glitch. I use the app alot because it's easier to just order food the way I'm going, so long they said they would get back to me n up to now I got no response

The issue that I will forever have with this app is that the money is taken before the order is accepted by the restaurant, which leads to issues if the restaurant is closed and wasn't updated on the app or just not taking orders.....other than that the app is fine and their csr's are very helpful.

Food Drop understands "under promise & over deliver". A first choice and a last resort... dependable regardless of what we need! Can we do something about drivers having their air-conditioning vents blowing directly on food? It's very disappointing when food gets to you and it's not just cool, it's COLD

Sometimes, the vendors get your order wrong or forget themselves when you try to rectify it, but the good thing about this app is that there are other options. I could complain about the drivers, but I've met more nicer drivers than mean ones. Honestly, this app has been a life saver.

Worked very well. Until the app forgot my card, didn't give me any option to add another one. Then when I deleted the account to re register it's saying I'm in a timeout and to contact an admin. I've been timed out for two weeks. Edit : I sent an email a month or so ago. No response at all. Radio silent and no fixing of the issue. Would give less stars if I could.

Very convenient app, I don't like driving so it's perfect for me. However, some of the restaurants don't receive the correct orders which is annoying
