Stops working, errors out, has issues connecting. Micro manages, makes simple tasks far too complex it is a disaster. Breaks itself while in use! Does not have an offline option.

Terrible implementation. Features are missing from the old app that I used. The route set by manager will be missing a stop or two on the worker side. The instructions for the job are sometimes actually the instructions for a different site and things appear and disappear during the day. We've had to reley on our paper route sheets. And so many errors.

Not user friendly. We have LMN for our CRM software and haven't implemented the LMN Time app yet so when we heard that LMN Crew was going to be amazing we decided to go forward. Way too many things to select to clock in/out. Does NOT flow like a good work app should. I wish it was like Sitefotos or CompanyCam because those apps are very self explanatory and simple. I'm very much considering switching to another software. LMN help is terrible. Been with LMN for 3 years & very little improvement.

Never had to worry about being paid for hours worked until we were forced to use this app. If you want to employees playing with their phones instead of working, and wondering if their being paid, this is the app.

Crashes all the time every day multiple times a day for weeks and weeks now no help from the people running it and this is the same experience with apple and android phones. This app sucks.....

If I could pay my boss to not have to use this absolute dog water of an app, I would. Edit: REALLY?? Forcing an update on the middle of the day? During work hours? Now I've got to go to WiFi and stay late because a terribly thought out decision. Y'all trippin.
