This app sometimes crashes during an order and offer notification alerts don't come through even when I have my phone's volume turned up to the max. As I type this review, I missed three offers (during a mission where can only miss ONE offer) which didn't come through on my phone and then was marked as 'unavailable'. This has scuppered any plans of completing the mission and has affected my stats because of this particular glitch in the system where the driver is in the wrong. Please fix this!

The worst app of the delivery apps out there. Multiple menus to navigate through to accept or decline an order, very unsafe. Constant crashes, ghost orders, the whole "you missed an order" glitches out. All around a horrible app that has not improved with time. Seriously, can't count the number of times this app crashes.

Unable to attach an image, if you lose your cell signal during a drop off, there's no way to submit a picture. Even if you take a drop off picture with your phone camera, app doesn't allow you to attach that image, and the app doesn't let you proceed unless you submit a drop off image. Developers and coders really should field test this app before pushing out updates. Terrible!

Too Glitchy. I have finally finished my application, after a year of being on waiting list, and now that I start using it the app it's pretty glitchy. It sometimes doesn't notify me that there is an order, and if I miss it, then it starts ringing every, let's say, 30 seconds. If I miss three orders that again, the app didn't notify me for some reason, then the app just won't work properly and it starts sending me notifications every second. I had to delete the app for it to stop.

The notifications for this app are broken. I have missed multiple offers more times than I can remember. Sometimes when you do get the notification sound (cowbell) and open the app, there are no offers to be had, other times there will be no notification sound and when you open the app, it says that you've missed offers. Please fix your app developers, your drivers and customers are paying for these mistakes.

Thanks for screwing me over once again with your glitchy app and ruthless algorithm. Because of these games you play, I have once again lost the ability to maximize my earnings with you for the coming week. It's very discouraging when I do my best to accept every offer, arrive on-time to pickups, and not drop any blocks, yet still end up not making Premier level because of a 6% drop in one of my metrics that went back up in less than 24 hours. Thank you for making it so difficult.

Missed offers, they tell you to uninstall and reinstall app. Nothing works to stop it from happening. You hear the cowbell and go to view app, it's gone and marked as missed offer. Sometimes, I have to restart my phone from the app not letting me log in, though I'm always logged in. If you want the business to go smoothly, we need a smooth running app to help us do that for you.

It's absolutely astounding how awful this app is. I've been somehow spoiled by the mediocre apps that are Uber eats and DoorDash. For starters, the notifications on this app are completely broken. Many times, it will send you a notification for an order after it's already been reassigned, and it will put you in a loop that is a never-ending cowbell, the only remedy is to force close the app. Everything about this app feels miles behind the other major competitors. It's really not worth my time.
