Noted the users below suffer from uploading invoices, so am I. But i finally find the root cause and now 100% successful. In fact it is not server issue, it is app engine issue. The "server busy" error message is totally misleading. Hope the engine SDK can get optimized.

Stingy merchant with almost no physical support for spending program. Stringent requirements without any manual support available in the mall (only 7 days to upload receipt? Better not offering any if you are so reluctant to give out loyalty programme in a user friendly basis). Not recommend to spend any dollars in this group.

Stupid app that crashes all the time, didn't approved a clear invoice and cut off the redeem registration right after 00:00. If you're keen for registration strictly within 7 days, why don't you count from the invoice generation time ? Much disappointment from your group.

1st, your app needs long time to load, then keeps crashing when you wanna find out more about the terms & conditions for particular promotion! Also, what's the point of having the points but nothing to redeem!

Cannot register. It shows a blank error screen with a single exclamation mark on entering the mobile number. Utterly useless. Uninstalled. Guess I am not going to your malls any time soon.

Terrible apps, just won't quit. Takes too long to load the app. Too many notifications and disturbing. In order to handle all these promotions I guess Hang Lung would have to put extra staff to manage these activities.

The app is broken that can't even complete the receipt uploading process. The mall drop down menu does not work. :).
