Purchase History FAILS to work AT ALL once again! They seemed to have fixed this last year, but now it's suddenly failing AGAIN! I think it's because of my gigantic movie history with them. But seriously...FIX IT PERMANENTLY THIS TIME PLEASE! Chrome Browser works without any troubles in viewing my purchase history instantly! So why can't this DEDICATED App do even as well as Chrome?! Your App here just hangs and says it can't access the purchase history again, just as before! :(

The mobile app DOESN'T WORK! I spent an hour and oe half tryig to do this on my phone! It locked up EVERY TIME!!! Also I had been a member since 11/13/20,but it woudn't let me log in that way. I tried to join and if froze on that too!!! I finally had to go to my computer to be able to purchase tickets online! Very poor. Also, the app doesn't let you select your location and save it. It should use your location. I live in Oklahoma, NOT Arizona!!!

Can't get my ticket to show up on my phone. I can't print the ticket on my computer, so installed the app. The app "shows" digital ticket stub, but there is no way to get there. Now my movie outing for tomorrow is totally hosed. Thank you Harkins! NOT!

Samsung S24+, Android 14. Login is buggy, sometimes 3 to 4 attempts needed to access. The app will not save payment debit card info and will not accept debit card payments. After uninstall/reinstall, same result. Very, disappointing. The Harkins website must be accessed and your account signed-in to add payment types, then save. The app will then reflect payments added.

The app is horrible. It crashes when checking out or if you have to update the payment method. And once kicked out, the seats you selected will not be available to reselect

Great app for checking out movies and showtimes. However, the app crashed often. Not sure why but usually crashes for me when I try to pay for tickets

This used to be so easy. I don't know what happened but months ago, before they changed it, this app was awesome. Easy to use and always opened up my home theater. Now, you have to designate every time. It's so glitchy and now won't even take my new Visa debit card. I enter the # and it says "must be a visa or Amex", etc. It IS a Visa! This makes me not even want to purchase tickets anymore!!

Very bad experience. It has been 2 or 3 times now that i experienced a freeze up when purchasing tickets. My bank account shows it processing but on the app, it does not show the tickets being purchased. It is best to purchase the tickets online.
