The app is well made, and simple enough to use. Although, I've had trouble actually completing my orders lately. All up to date app and current personal information, not sure what's going on there. (This would have been 3 stars but it just worked before this review. Weird.)

Pretty good actually. It would be nice to see colors or pictures of food for the categories. Weird dots in the white screens though. No place to calculate or enter a tip amount. It would be nice to have a contacless delivery option due to COVID-19 like pizza hut did. I'll probably still use the website so I can enter a tip amount online for less contact.

If you hit your back button, it kicks you out of the app and not back to the menu which sucks and it isn't very modern. My biggest wish is it would do order tracking and at least show when out for delivery. Their food is good, but app needs updates!

Foods great, app works, but there is no way to get to menu if you accidentally back out during your selection of food items and then you have to start a new order and put items back on there you had already added to the cart.

It's definitely gotten better with time. Ordering and checkout are very easy. They still have a few things that could be improved, but when you live in the middle of nowhere, hate ordering food by phone, and want to use an app, this one is pretty great.

Pictures don't show up, I got asked whether I forgot anything with only an okay button to respond, I do like that the app is very simple and not too cluttered, it's pretty no nonsense, but also the clunky user experience leaves something to be desired

The app itself is relatively simple both to use and visually. Small complaints would be the ability to save multiple destinations and payment methods.
