I love the theaters but every time I try to use this app to buy food it's glitchy or confusing I can't order. This past weekend I was trying to put an order in for about 15 minutes before I decided just to not get anything. I know there's a good chance it's an error of some kind on my part but they certainly didn't make anything convenient or simple to use- for me at least. Not the first time and everyone i know personally has the same problems. still love the theaters

app & customer is service so bad I will never go to a marcus theater again. I was hoping to attach a picture of the responses I got for a ticket mistake. clicked extra tickets. immediately went to refund 1 as I clicked too many by mistake. customer service numbers were recordings or voice-mail. virtual help nothing. virtual help with live person 10 times worse. said I need too with in 30 minutes of the movie, yet the wait time for a response was an hour (have screenshot) so I missed that cut off

internal server error for going on 3 years. every time I open app. also had to log out and back in everytime to use my club rewards, was hoping latest update would fix issue but has only gotten worse. can not purchase tickets or even look up movies. it just locked up. tried clearing cache that did not work. have uninstalled and then reinstalled to no avail.

Great app! But be sure to log out then log in to make sure your account is updated when you first apply for your membership. Also there's no option to save your card info (though maybe it is safer this way). Finally, since it is online, there's no option to get a Veteran's discount. Otherwise, the app works very well!

Joined movie club, and the only way to redeem tickets is through the app. The app keeps saying there's an internal error and to try again. I've uninstalled the app, deleted cache, reinstalled and still cannot redeem credits. I've tried connecting via the chat option, and that does not work either.

The new app is to blame for our seeing fewer movies! In the old app, it was very easy to pick a movie to see at my favorite (only) Marcus theater. First, I'd pick the date (Tuesday), then see which movies are playing. THEN, if I wanted to read a description or watch a trailer, I could simply click the movie name. BUT NOW, in this new app, I have to leave and go BACK to the Movies page. It's a PAIN IN THE NECK. The old app was perfect. This one is so inconvenient, it's as if no one gave any thought to how it would be used. We used to go to two or three movies a month. But, since this new app took over, I'll bet we've averaged one or less, in large part because it's not worth the hassle to find a movie we might want to see.

Just downloaded this app because I guess I have to stop using the other one which I liked a lot. I was able to create a profile but, when entering my Movie Rewards info, the app crashed. It now keeps crashing every time I try to use it. Also, it said I needed to add a fingerprint in settings. I'm not sure what that means or how I'd do it but I guess if I can't even get that far it doesn't matter.

Hard to Pick Seats!!! The seats are so darn tiny that it us very hard to get all of our seats coordinated. The old app let you zoom in so it was easier but this one does not. It is VERY frustrating. Like they seriously need to fix this!! Another annoyong thing is it only lets you use one gift card per purchase. We had two gift cards but it only let me use one and then I had to pay for the rest with my credit card. Whoever designs and maintains the app should try using it like a customer.
