I find it infuriating that when I connect to the app to listen to the news or to a presenter, instead of getting the broadcast, I get an in-app commercial or two. They are already receiving revenue from commercial sponsors on-air advertisement, then they want additional revenue from in-app advertising.

Have given up on this app. Stops playing if you're using another application. Stops playing when your screen lock activates. Downloaded another radio app with none of these problems to listen to 2GB.

Terrible App. The latest upgrade doesn't allow you to run in background so you can't use your navigation app while commuting to work in your car (captive audience for 2GB lost!!). Looks like I will have to listening to your competition going forward. Furthermore, the 2GB app locked up my Galaxy s10e so you can't exit the program. Restarting didnt resolve issue, had to pull sim card out to make App let go, now 2GB app permanently uninstalled.

We already listen to ads on the station. No need to have our listening enjoyment reduced by ads that interrupt the broadcast. Plus if you are driving and the radio gets cut off due to signal loss, you get another ad instead of it picking up where the programme left off. Old app never did any of these things with ads interrupting the broadcast. Very tiresome indeed.

Don't like the App, where do I start. I am livid you ceased the other streaming services which never dropped out. This one does and I am tired of starting it up again and again particularly when using a wonderboom through Bluetooth - tedious. Hate the ads and the music when the app starts up. What view live broadcast ? Hardly ever see it open up. Must be camera shy or the broadcasters turn it off because they don't like it. Please update to the summer schedule. Who am I listening to?

It is a terrible app after the recent update! The previous app (which was probably a 3 star rating) would be 5 stars compared to this one! The worst party is that the audio no longer starts immediately (like it did previously) and it instead starts with ad screens that have to be closed manually before the audio actually commences. It is incredibly frustrating. Please fix this as I'm sure you're losing valuable listeners!!!

This new updated app is not user friendly. The old app was so much better. The latest news bulletins drop out or repeat, there is no sound adjustment in the app. Its a confusing interface. I choose now not to put the radio on in the morning just too much trouble which is ashame as i really enjoyed listening to Ben Fordham & news bulletins.

2GB audience is middle/old age The ads text too confusing and small text small exit crosses hard to find...reset your own phone to large text and look at the mess please. Also big clear on /off is needed. I thought i had turned off the app by pressing close all...the application stayed on and used 20% of my data in one day ! So my phone may have be turned off..when data reaches cut off. I just want to listen to the radio and sit outside... why do you make it so complicated.
