CC is useful for extending the awning or putting out the slide - particularly in tight spots - as you can monitor process from outside. I've not had the reliability issues noted in other reviews. I also use Tire Linc and appreciate that you can monitor pressures from within the app. However, CC is not compatible with Android Auto...would love to see that functionality added.

Update 5/15/2022. Changed from 5 stars to one star. Words cannot express my frustration since they updated the app. Now I can't connect, period. Everything was working fine, but not anymore. Camera scan, no go. Search, no go. Enter RV manually, no go. What a waste of time. Original review: New Reflection 5th wheel. Enjoying this app. Works well on my Android device. Would like to see the ability to set notifications for things like low battery voltage.

This app works, sometimes. Falsely indicates in- motion lock and there is no way to clear that from the app. Once you start it you will get constant pop-ups that the app "keeps stopping". Click on the pop-up to close the app and it is still there. Appears to be trying to start another instance. Exit the app and that pop-up will keep on coming.

We purchased a 2023 Grand Design Imagine XLS 22MLE. I use a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with the Compass Connect app. Bearing in mind that Bluetooth enabled apps are only as good as the radios in the smartphone and the target device, I'd give this app a solid 3-star rating for what it does. Two additional features would make this a 4 or 5 star app: 1) a basic macro capability would be helpful - like combining turning off the outside lights when retracting the awning. 2) Import/export checklists.

This is a horrible app. Often loses connection and has to be reconnected by forgetting the Bluetooth device and starting over. Background app will not go away and eats 50% of my phone battery in 2 hours. After closing main app, background monitor app stays open. When I shut the background app off, I continue to get notifications that app is not responding. Repeatedly telling it to close does not help. I have to reboot my phone to get rid of the damned thing. Grand Design needs to fix it!

Not good. It works great when connected, I can control and monitor everything it's designed to do. The problem is, when I'm not connected, about every 20 minutes the app pops up a notification that it's not connected. I've turned off the notifications, and I've killed it manually, and it still pops up. I've reported it many times, with no response and no bug fix. The only fix so far has been to uninstall it. Which means I have to reinstall it and go through the pairing sequence every time. Booo!

Junk... first attempt I spent more than half an hour trying to get it to connect without success. A month later I tried again and it finally worked. Didn't try the slide or awning so not sure if those have the issues that others are reporting. A few days later and it's crashing frequently and I got a battery alert on my phone. This app is more of a gimmick than anything useful and it's been a huge hassle.

This app was great......before the update, and like so many others have reported, it will no longer open the slides or awnings without constantly stopping. The leveling feature still works for me as well as the lights. However, the thing that troubles me the most is silence on the developers' end and the fact that they are not scrambling to correct this issue. I was also wondering if this is an android issue or if the apple operating system is experiencing the same problems.
