Works fine for the liberty pump float alarm I just had installed. A bit uncertain initially where to find the setup information. Thought it was a manual somewhere. Actually found the video which was better. Nice surprise that it also monitors if temperature drops below a setting.

Instructions could have been clearer on the installation (i.e., have your flagging phone screen face the device) and it would be nice to customize the notifications so that lost WiFi reports are only sent after an hour or 2, rather than send reports for 5 minute wifi outages. Frankly, I'd prefer email alerts and a website portal rather than a designated app.

I've had this for 6 years now and I would like the app to be able to give an audible alert for high level in the sump. I may not hear the device that's in the basement sounding off.

app will not allow me to create an account. so, since I can't create an account and unable to connect to the wifi what good is having a $1200 backup system when the app is the cause for its failure? worthless piece of cr*p I wasted my money on.

Good solid app. If you can count to 10 without missing any numbers you'll probably do just fine setting everything up.

It works well. 9v battery connection is not secure so after several attempts I fixed by turning the entire box upside down.

It makes an older phone look as if it had newer revision of Android version by allowing dark-mode enabled on almost every App.

I can not monitor the Nighteye ALM-2-EYE with this app. I was able to connect the ALM-2-EYE to my WiFi.
