My experience overall it's a mess! Delayed delivery up to 3 hours! that's if the order arrived, I made an order yesterday and I still didn't receive it til now and they didn't even bother to contact me! you can't change your phone number, customer services take so long to reply on a simple issue! Good app idea, but bad management and poor customer services.

After I got my prescription and each time I go to check out to order my medicine it gives me all the available time slots are fully booked, and it has been like this for 4 days now which lead to significant deterioration of my medical condition. This is medicine and people's health and time matters each hour, How couldn't you provide enough drivers to deliver the medicine to your customers need in time?! I hope this was just a bug in the app and will be fixed soon by an update.

This app is a nightmare. it's the most user_unfriendly app I've ever seen with a terrible, or even nonexistent customer service. orders are always late or canceled. Don't waste your time with Yodawy. It's a complete rip-off.

"This app is terrible and the service is the worst I've ever experienced. There's no commitment to timeline communication is a huge problem. They have no intention of helping the customer and all they know how to do is call me to cancel the order and ask me to place a new one, surprisingly he new order doesn't arrive either and it's a never ending cycle.

The worst app and customer experience you can have. Since I downloaded the app, I haven’t been able to complete a single order successfully. They cancel your order without contacting you first, and they impose so many rules it feels like you're ordering a space rocket. Completely disastrous!

Disappointed with my initial order experience. After being informed that my delivery area wasn’t serviced, I agreed to an alternate location, and had to do it by reordering. However the cancellation of the initial order was certain medications were out of stock. It’s challenging to place my trust in a service with such inconsistencies.
