Very much disappointed with their policies. They ask for referral fee as well as now we have to choose promotional campaigns. In promotions, they charge heavy fee and also take referral fee. This is not fair and they should look upon on what they are seeking from healthcare professionals. If we do not choose promotions, they will not register any healthcare professional. Never recommended.

Very poorly developed. They call it EMR but all it is, is video conference. No way to add patient record except take a pic of hand written prescription. Calls also glitchy. Don't respond to emails. All in all is just a me too. No response to emails when complaint sent. I am sorry but I am not satisfied with the app as an online EMR

I am not satisfied at all. Every month i have to correct them in billing mistakes. Plus when they have to pay, they pay after 15,16 th of next month.andwhen they have to take then ask for 2 days period. Shame on you.poor services.

I am registered and feel the service and app are great for enhancing practice as well as managing patient profiles. During lockdown, it helped many people through online video consultantion. Thumbs up!

Bugs. Cannot save city after selecting UK. Onlu Pakistan city is available. No other country can be saved in experience section.

not doctor friendly app. already hospital charging 35 percent(including tax), 20 percent charged by oladoc. make it less than 50 percent for doctors.. plus if the patient doesnot show up and you forget to mark in 3 days,, it is counted as showed up... i don't understand educated community either deals with patient or deal with unfriendly tech.. it was better if they let us mark no show in 10 days.. so taht we can check app on weekends.
