Updated the app to prepare to support friends and family in tomorrow's 2024 races. I don't find this app very intuitive. I mean, it does stuff, but it's not always obvious where or how many clicks. Live tracking frequently lags by quite a bit; I've missed friends in the past becauseof it. And the party zone info needs *normal* addresses/locations for supporters, not mile markers; we're not the racers, so "mile 9.2" means nothing to us.

I previously gave the app a bad review, because nothing was on it, but I guess you have to download it during race weekend, because I downloaded it a few weeks before race weekend and it didn't update with any info. I uninstalled it and reinstalled, and note all the things I complained about that had not been there, are now there. So, no further complaints from me! EXCELLENT race, BTW - very well organized!

It's an app but that's about the best I can say. You can look up results, but the "live tracking" is pretty much worthless. Also, you can't actually look at age group results even though it says you can. I guess the links to parking and expo information are helpful, but that's also on the website. The route map isn't easy to interpret, and doesn't show road closures (for folks who hoped to use it for spectating purposes). It's maybe an okay start, but needs a lot of work to be really useful.

Works fine on my Android. My phone is up-to-date, that can be a problem others have, as well as their RAM and available space. I haven't had a problem with participant tracking or locating since my first search on 4/27/19.

Day before race and not able to view route, set up tracking or find participants. Tried updating the app and it got stuck 3 times in a row. Had to uninstall and reinstall. Still no participant info, no race route, no nothing. So far the app does nothing that could be considered useful.

This app was terrific! I loved following my friend and was able to accurately cheer her on at the halfway point and finish. The live map and metrics estimating her reaching specific time points were extremely close to real time.

Thought this was gonna be a great way for friends and family at home to track me but for the 5k today it wasnt tracking me properly. Not my time, not my distance. The estimated finish time and averace pace were wrong too. I'm glad I had my other run tracker going to truly get my stats/splits. I'm totally bummed because I gave alot of people the info and they are gonna get wrong/not updated info.

Well, there is no content at the moment so it is useless. I tried to use MyLaps at the Blue Ridge marathon. When they updated a couple days before the race, it stopped working. At this point with this release, I have no confidence in their apps.
