Average earnings per trip is 7-10 Dollars, more than other apps but for the most of the trips you have to place orders and a lot of them don't take orders over the phone so on average you take 10mins to get there, 10-15mins to places &get the orders and 10-15mins to get to the final destination.if you think about it, is it cost effective and at least making minimum liveable wage. when I downloaded the app, it said that declining deliveries wouldn't be counted against the runner but then they...

This app is great when it works. But when it doesn't, it doesn't. Support is hard to get a hold of since they have no number to call, and the email queue is abysmally slow. This is the only delivery app I know of that has critical errors to the degree where you can't even log back in to log out and turn off the notifications from being annoying. Their technical team really needs to step it up, then this app will be perfect.

You can't have your phone connected to Bluetooth or carplay or android auto because the notifications for the orders don't come through and your acceptance rate will go down and make your rating down and you miss the whole point of using the app. You can't use smart watch, Bluetooth speakers, airpods, earbuds or anything Bluetooth. Everyone uses Bluetooth. It doesn't make sense.

The app experience is better than another delivery service I used. Customer service is ready, available, and responsive. However, No one has time to constantly looking at their phone Especially when they are driving. Favor definitely needs some type of tone indicator when a favor is offered. I just had two favors pass me by in a matter of 2 min. because I didn't see the favors pop up. Also, give people time to look at the orders to determine time and distance.

Been working for a year now it's great but I think there's something wrong with the app lately. For the past few weeks I would be active for hours and not assigned any favors. To make things more confusing, there would be moments where I accept a favor but it gets reassigned afterwards. Other than that it's a good job! On another note: Please keep up the promos it helps the drivers a ton whenever there is slow days :)

Was experiencing problems with entering this app and start running for a month now and decided to uninstall and install it again, it started working perfectly! I found this process a bit annoying since it wasted time, instead of emailing, going back and forward through the process of several weeks with Favor support, make a suggestion to uninstall and reinstall the app.

Really easy and simple money in your neighborhood, especially if you have HEB curbside for the fleet orders. The downside is the app and technical support are very very hard get working properly. I had a shopping order at McDonald's and a few of the items differentiated and the app would not complete the order even though I contacted the customer, delivered it and they were happy. The app had a bug in it so I didn't get paid for that order, even though HEB did, Favor did ... horrible!

Ever since this new update, there's this glitch where we take a picture of the receipt and the app ends up freezing, meaning we can't get past the checkout screen, thus delaying our process of delivering the order. Like I said before, this has been going on since the update, I don't remember when that was but definitely at least over a month. Favor, please fix this issue of the app freezing on the checkout screen, I know I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.
