The food and service at Black Angus is excellent. The food quality over many years has been "EXCELLENT" and I'm never disappointed. The app on the other hand needs improving, it's slow and requires a lot of wait time to load and order. Getting to your rewards can be a real chore. I give restaurant 5 stars and the app 3 stars.

Everything is great at Black Angus,from the beginning to the end and best of all, no loud music! I can sit and have a delicious meal with my wife and friends with out having to raise my voice to overcome the music prevalent in most restaurants this days. Always a great experience in a great atmosphere. I love Black Angus, their staff is always great and friendly. only one constructive opinion, the dessert menu should have more options to choose from, can't have any of the items in the menu.

This is one of our favorite places to eat, but this experience was a bummer. We live too far away to come back to fix the order. The best part of our take out zuchinni was missing...the cucumber sauce! The steak nachos is usually a beautiful impressive platter, but for take out, it was a puny container with few chips and a sprinkle of steak and cheese. I don't think take out should be different from dine in. So disappointing.

Actually quite terrible. Idk why a steakhouse needs an app and can't just stick with a website but here we are. The login process is broken, doesn't check if the email is in use until the end of registration and filling out information was difficult. I only downloaded the app because you were entered to win free steak if you do. Funny thing is clicking the menu entry for giveaways opens a web view to the same page saying the same thing. No confirmation or even acknowledgement I was in the app.

Trying to use the "Sign up with email" option there is no ability to just type in a date, instead it's forcing the iPhone 4 mentality that everything needs to be a scroll wheel. You also cannot select a date that has not happened yet, so you need to fill it in from the right, left, then center (Year, month day). While trying to create a password, you get red text that there are "6 Characters" (or more), and the app will not proceed. If it's 5 it's too short?

I had an error on my mobile order and canceled it immediately. Then placed the corrected one. The store called me and asked if there should be 2 orders, when I told them no, they said I had to cancel it on my end. The app will not let me cancel again. On the correct order that was delivered, I was missing an extra sauce I paid for, but I can't notify anyone. Anytime I called the actual store, no one ever picked up. Love this place but the app sucks.

Food was fantastic and very enjoyable. Awesome flavors and taste. Great portions. Best steaks, salads and other sides by far!!! DOORDASH delivery Sucked!!! Driver could not find location. Past me as I instructed him I would be next to curb, in front of apartment, by awning. DOORDASH driver said he didn't read instructions. Made me walk 1/2 block to get my food. Driver didn't even get out his car.

We've eaten at Black Stallion in Mesa Az a few times. We found it was inconsistent in food and service. One time the server and food was excellent and the next time it was "not so good". I believe more training is needed for the servers and food should come to the table fresh and hot.
