Utter Junk. Too bad there's no way to send feedback. I'm a dev myself, and I appreciate feedback but apparently these guys are too full of themselves. Shame really. UI caught in some sort of loop causing buttons to grow uncontrollably. Funny, but makes the app completely useless. When I do manage to "add to wok" a $3 item, it shows up as $40. Too funny. App is amateur hour, at best.

App is broken and no longer works. I can't order any food as it keeps telling me that I need to log in even though I'm logged in. The EARN screen goes extremely bright as if it's trying to turn my screen into a flashlight. Very damaging to screens and eyes. We can't be loyal to a company that doesn't maintain its loyalty to its customers.

Super buggy. Many times I have been unable to order food at all. Each stage of the ordering process can take several minutes while it "Updates Order." Often, it fails to update the order and I have to go back a step. It can take up to 20 minutes to order food.

Very misleading on the ordering process, no review of order, just places it and you can't cancel. When you call up to try and cancel order they say they have to call corporate office to cancel and refund. Sad thing is their website offers a better experience the app is not worth it at all

overall I like the app. It's a little ugly but it works. the biggest issue I have is that there should be a specific pop-up that asks if you want delivery or pickup because it's way too easy to miss it. you should really put in that pop up.

Why is Pick Up Stix so NOSY asking not one but four access to my privacy on my phone??? Some other restaurants' apps do NOT asked such intrusive access. The only access they'll ask was for LOCATION which is also an OPTIONAL (not force) for app user. They also don't forced user to accept the agreement/term prior install/download on user's device. I really wanted to use this app to order but discouraged by intrusive nosy access. I installed this app so that I could write a review then uninstall.

I love going to the Downey CA location. It's always clean and neat outside and inside The staff are very attentive and professional when taking your. Michelle the cashier by far stands out for me. She has the most bubbling personality. How can anyone not love that. She also recommended me the Rewards app Kudos to her. The food is so delicious.

App freezes and had to uninstall then reinstall and I lost all of my points. I don't have the receipts, so customer service can't help. don't count on points to be redeemed.
