the new version are frustating. even though the UI are revamped but the its still confusing and failed to load payment method, it's just display a blank page so i can make a payment and cannot redeem my slice points.

Somehow suddenly for the last few months i can't place order to my favorite restaurant anymore, it just direct my order to nearest PHD that much further from my favorite restaurant without even giving choice like it used to be. And the menus that i want are only available on the restaurant, not on PHD at all. Other thing is: do you realize that on Inbox tab, the edit/delete button on the top right are just straight up useless? I have to delete every single messages there one by one. Not cool.

This app is so poor... Can't save address and also can't save store.. in ORDER SUMMARY this app can't show from which store i get my order for delivery.... For takeaway service, I live in surabaya but this app just automaticly took my order from other city, no option from which store i ordered... Please fix this...

Reached the login page but there are so many inconveniences. Login via Google but had to put in info manually, after many re-tries, as I finished the whole list and tapped finish did the app infromed me that my number had already existed but then there's no option to login by number. I gave up on registering but the 'forgot password' to resolve any login issue asked for an email and said it would send an email to help but again, no email came.

The UI is quite confusing and the app in general is not very responsive (buggy). I've also had trouble signing in with one of my accounts because of problems with OTP verification during sign in. The app is too much of a hassle to use and it also makes the customer experience much worse. The app should receive further improvement because I don't think it is ready for mass use.

It makes the process of ordering and delivering pizza much easier. However, this app should provide direct chat so we can ask some unclear information to the store

Got bugs! Just downloaded it. Cannot login using app. Kept looping. Need to use web browser to login. Please repair. TY

i had a very bad experience using this app. i ordered a promo menu using this app and finishedall the step. the status said that my order was received and confirmed, but it never go to the next step which is cooking my order. i tried to do this process twice and both ended with the same result. and one more important thing, all the process run very slow which really test your patience.
