I'm NOT techy at all, and this app and system was SO incredibly easy to set up and use. The app makes it easy to change your preferences as you get to know different scents and schedules. I'm really happy that I invested in this system, & very quickly felt comfortable building onto it as well as gifting it. By FAR the most intuitive app I've used.

The idea is great the execution is bad, the schedule creation is not intuitive, having soo many examples to follow (GCalendar the easiest one), they couldn't make it in a way to have both diffusers working together, is only separate, and no, U can't make them work at the same time, is either left or just rt, the light control is not really the best or the actual machine has no discernible brightness (high/low), swapping bottles sometimes doesn't work as intended. Just a few observations.

Totally useless app . Yes useless. It's impossible to create an account with my email or any email. It keeps saying account already exists . Never created any account previously . Also the confirmation email is never sent. I tried this on two different phones with same results Pura's online and phone help is a joke , both agents I spoke with were no help at all . Why do you even require an account to use a fragrance diffuser app all I want is to get the thing to work ! ZERO stars. #$@!%$#

I'm not impressed with the setup information. I recommend bold lettering "won't work" on a 5gig setup. That would have saved me time and research. It should have been stated first. No one likes to waste time! This unit only works with the lower router setting... That was mentioned AFTER I tried the auto St up... TIME IS MONEY!

New app will not allow me to change vial while device is unplugged or on my own. If the feature is there, it's not in an obvious location. Now I get to squat on the floor and struggle to take a photo of a tiny qr code while it's plugged in. Also, why do I not get notifications that the scents are low? It is not my top priority to enter the app regularly to check the levels. Why isn't this a feature?

So far I'm enjoying my new Pura for the home and car. The scents are really nice and the app is so easy to use. Everything is in the app that you need or want to change. I love being able to turn it on before I get home and adjust the scent intensity .And I love the night light built-in and being able to change the colors! Really nice and no worries with Pura. They definitely need to update it with the options to notify you when scents are low and a level gadge for how much each vial has left.

The app is unreliable. Sometimes it freezes when I try to shop. Love the diffuser and product, just feel like the app could be better.

Keeps going offline. Need to unplug and plugin again for it to go back online...even then, only one side comes back online. The schedule will no longer start automatically.
