Absolute trash! Every single year we have trusted and tried to use this app to run our very large tournament event (nearly 900 athletes) its an absolute headache! Error after error! Doesn't seem to be an issue when they want to bill us for services funnily enough. If we weren't forced to use this by our governing body we absolutely would not! We will be encouraging our governing body to review the use of this platform!

This work well for simple games. The interface is clunky, it is difficult to manage it with more than one goal or penalty happens in a short time frame. It had to get it all entered before the next puck drop. Bring a paper to record penalties and goals for later entry, run the clock first. The description states the app will automatically add game schedule, it might but it has never done it for me. I have to manually enter each game. Hence the rating of 2.

The app is generally good, but a major problem I have experienced with it is being unable to login when your connection drops. You can simulate this by closing the app, enabling airplane mode, and then trying to login. Instead of being logged in automatically, you are presented with the username and password prompt. I don't understand why (is there no offline game scoring capability?). When you are scoring a game, it is very distracting to have to enter username and password.

This app has serious issues which are awful to deal with when you finish refereeing a game and need to submit the results. For example, I tried to do a writeup of an incident during a game and the app refused to let me submit despite multiple tries. This was over a year ago, so hopefully they've fixed this by now? But I dread the day I have to use this app again

Better now. Keep up the good work. As a suggestion would you be able to add in your team player stats like Goals, Assists, Points and penalty mins and make this available for the whole season. Thanks And yes I mean for the whole season. Even if it's under a separate heading/column. It's just a suggestion though.

Why do I have enter my position for every game when previous version did it automatically. Every time you 'upgrade' I like this app less and less. I liked the app until the recent upgrade. I use the app to keep track of my games as an official so I can track payment and how many games I ref per season. With the new upgrade I only have my December games I lost the first half of the season. I also liked physically signing the gamesheet as an official.

When looking at the penalty screen you can't see all the information in portrait mode. I just figured that out and most refs don't know. Please fix portrait mode. Refs can't edit games which is a pain when the timekeeper doesn't add all the information or enters information incorrectly. They give us the code and leave, so there's nothing we can do.

RAMP is the worst system ever invented. It isn't intuitive, easy to use, or helpful to anyone that needs to use it. Why would you have separate applications for separate actions. Truly one of the worst apps available.
