This app has gone downhill over the years. It used to be for sharing security camera footage and focused on neighbors alerting one another on things like crime, fires, downed power lines, and other safety topics. Now almost no one posts videos, and most of the posts are just asking questions and other things that don't warrant interrupting everyone with intrusive notifications. The UI doesn't lend itself to such discussions when the post density is so low.

This app makes itself virtually useless but critiquing your posts. It denies useful posts for a variety of reasons. I've talked to several people about it and they want you to "be nice and not incite violence" The second amendment should be utilized to protect life and property. I should be able to remind people that less than lethal is an option, there shouldn't be an issue with calling criminals "degenerate life forms" this app is full of cute animal videos, I use YouTube for that though.

Get rid of the stupid weather alerts or give is a way to turn them off without disabling everything! There are a billion weather apps available and this isn't one of them. I don't need every random app I use to tell me that there is a freeze advisory multiple times a day!

My issue is they constantly deny posts. I have ring cams, am in a group for my area. We have people targeting our area and though I have ring videos and pictures of these people, I include them in the posts, they're time & date stamped, but they deny follow-up posts showing the same criminals are back, trespassing, on different bikes everytime we see them. Causing users to connect on other platforms to alert each other. Don't advertise the security based part if youre going to hamstring it.

I really love this app and I love that neighbors help find each other's pets if they go missing and look out for each other's property things like that are very important to me and my neighborhood

App error. The app states that I'm not allowed to comment on a post because it's outside of my allowed area. Yet when I look at the app imposed map the post is within my allowed area??

Feature request: The ability to add multiple alert locations depending where you are, example work and home, would be perfect! I live 20 minutes from my job and live in the city. I live 40 hours a week at work and it's a grocery store. to get a heads up of a mad man on the loose near my work headed our way about to shoot up the place could be life saving.

At this point this app is useless. I once tried posting about the importance of school zones and that was not approved but I got an ALL CAPS ALERT this morning for someone trying to figure out who is best to replace a cabinet. What is that? I love the response! So I guess the post this morning asking for vacation rentals is more relevant to the community than school zones! This app is beyond useless and so is the "customer service" response.
