I asked for luggage assurance and tracking for a trip from Europe to India plus the return flight. In the first flight, there was a safe bag center at the airport and it was not needed to use the app. However, at the return flight, when I was doing the payment, the app was showing error. A couple of days later, I saw my account credited 9 times!!! For no service at all!!! Still waiting for the refund .... As far as your response, I have already sent multiple emails to this address and I have provided you with all the necessary information, just do the refund of the paid amount..simple!!

I used SafeBag24 about 4 times, both Premium and Platinum options. Everytime I was hoping it would improve but it's not. I dont even know how to track my luggages, the apps seems not doing anything! I registered my flights but then they were disappeared, then how am I supposed to track my bags???!! I followed the step by step in all its websites and even watched the video. But nothing worked! Frustrating! Pleaseeeeee make your instruction clear in the apps. And pleaseeeeee improve the apps!!!!

There seems to have been very little thought put into the user flow or experience. It isn't aways clear where the labels for sections will take you and there are several typos/grammatical errors. I was not able to use the Smart track feature, even though I have the Bag codes... Doesn't seem very useful.

App will not load and continuess to timeout, no matter the selection. Even the worker at the Safe-bag kiosk couldn't load the app. We tried on multiple devices, on/off wifi, and in both iOS and Android. Pointless to use.

The lady FROM your agency broke my luggage while packing it and the luggage at destination was Completly broken ... needless to say that some items were missing. How to get the compensation for the broken luggage ,how to get the compensation for the items missing. Still waiting for a follow up. Just a nightmare

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! IT IS USELESS and UNIFFICIANT. Trying to get a refund via their online system is complicated and the forms one need to fill in/upload is ridiculous. DO not even bother to register for their Platinum service. It is all just a money-making scheme. You've been warned!

Keep saying there is no internet connection. Despite of me downloading the app and using different apps and navigating on browsers, it says there is no connection. Terrible app...
