Overall, I find it easy to use and navigate. Notifications are visible and the page is not very busy. The pen icon at the center makes it intuitive to start a thread/post. Your survey invitation along with messages, home screen and drug ratings are easy to visualize at the bottom screen. I haven't encountered any major issues. I typically stay signed in although it will sign you out automatically after sometime without any activity.

Overall very good with the ability to customize my feeds and types of cases to read that are tailored to my specialty. Also very nice to have the opportunity to rate medications and earn honoraria for surveys while communicating with other practitioners in my specialty from the US and around the world.

I installed sermo today itself. Happened to forget the password later when trying to sign in again. Opted for the password reset password through link in email. The link in email says "The password reset link has expired. Please request a new password reset email and try again" That's very frustrating because each time am requesting for it, immediately am receiving an email. And as soon as I enter the new passwords, it gives me the same message.. The password reset link has expired etc"

A site full of nonsense. tried verification with my phone number >10 times. Didn't rcv any code. Then without verification step further steps were done. Then I couldn’t log in with my pass. Tried few times password reset. Then the link sent is said expired though I teied resettinh within 1 minute.. A very faulty site. Very disappointing and time wasting thing

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID! Unable to verify account. Numerous errors every single step of the way. First an error using the link to reset password saying the link I was just sent has expired. Tried many, many times. Tried making a new account even and it cycles back to the first sign up page no matter what you do so it's impossible. I've been off and on trying for almost a week to just get a verified account. Done trying. Awful.
