My app & monitoring experience with Solink has been flawless. Remote view is incredibly helpful, and the app allows me to do almost everything the desktop system does, anywhere and anytime. We installed the system to monitor a tv studio, and it exceeded our expectations. I've already recommended Solink to peers, and will continue to do so.

Great app. I just wish that when you zoom in on people or things, it doesn't get cloudy and unfocused. I tried to submit to the police a theft, and they couldn't help because it wasn't clear. Useless. Also, l just connection issues periodically when trying to view cameras.

The app does a good job mimicking the website on a mobile device but the only thing that I notice is on the dashboards that I've set up when you click on the dashboard instead of bringing you to the events for said dashboard it does nothing when you click on this dashboard. I noticed I set this app up on an iOS device and this functionality works just as it does on the website. So far after use this is the only thing I've noticed that is hindering at five Star review. Please fix this.

Terrible half the time un usable slow clunky. In the app on the desktop everywhere. You wanna look at a specific date in time don't bother. Wanna go look at 3pm to bad every time you try to change i5 it takes you to a different time that day or a complete other day. Hate this app

It was great until they went to 2-step verification. I changed phones and could never update to my current phone so could never use the app and just deleted it.

The resolution isn't great. I can't distinguish faces. I have to call every week to have them reset it because my keyboard and mouse aren't compatible. I asked them to move the cameras to a blind spot and they wouldnt.

Camera only work in side by side mode with another camera. No way to zoom in to the camera using mobile app. That's a basic functionality
