The idea behind Speedhome is good. However, this app is terrible. It has a filter feature, but it doesn't work properly. It brings you a result outside of your query. And another issue is that most of the units listed on the app are either rented out or their landlords do not want to rent them out to some races.

Speedy listing as soon as property details submitted. Fast response on queries. This is my first listing....found it quite simple to navigate the listing details and tenancy preferences and editing changes. Fingers crossed for 1st tenancy; will review again once process completed.

Seems amazing; however it is for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Not a bad thing. Amazing prices, beautiful homes, plentiful options. Has protection for renter's deposit & rent. Also, has safeguards for payment ensured to - if I understood correctly - be paid to owner on behalf of tenant while the deal lasts. I mean GORGEOUS places. Furnished as simple, lavish, small, large, amenities you could imagine. Glad it's in English to make renting more comfortable, safe & possible for travelers.

This app not helpful and scammer. Not recommended at all. You will be not regret if not used this app. Zero deposit but the owner also want deposit. useless this app. Set the appointment and no one show up. Bad service and experience.

I dont even wana give a single star for this apps. Owner never accept house viewing appointment but Alicia (the robot admin) aceepted on behald without acknowledgement. Not sure is this a kpi thingi or apps security issue (maybe someone hack our apps accout? Idk). Kindly consider single device login single account, or review ur procedure thank you.

The app actually help me find potential tenants. just that the chat feature of the app need to be improved. When a potential tenant message me, there was no clear notification by the app (not like whatssapp for example). I need to go into the app and click on the chat option to see if there was any message for me. If i forgot to do that, i might seems to be unresponsive by the potential tenant. Most of the time this ends with them getting uninterested with my units. The older version did was ok.

The concept is good, but the app has many issues. Quite frustrating. 1. Unable to see replies. Need to relaunch the application at least twice. And even need to reinstall it. 2. Duplicate transaction. The platform is unable to track another conversation which is already under confirmation (processing, confirming details), while Alicia replied another tenant that they can confirm the unit. 3. The app is laggy. Need to relaunch at least twice everytime I start it. Hope these can be improved.

1. Should have included a share function inside the app. This could help landlord to blast out faster through your app. Helping your app to grow faster. 2. The service is quite creative but 1 month rental for commission is very high for the work that u do. 3. How about unsettled utility bill? Is it covered under the insurance? 4. The app is still abit lagging, the photo sequence is not in place & no save function if keyed in half way.
