I have used this app for some time and left due to a very slow network, constant issues with pending requests, that you have to reach out to their customers service who's response are really delayed (not exaggerated) and not professional.

Hi speedy team Sorry it as to come to this. This is the third time am buying data and is still pending for hours. The other two still pending and you've deducted it from my balance. Also I also have a cancelled deposit which has been debited from my account. But neither did it reflects in this balance. Pls what going on. Pls do something . Much love

I will give it two star simply because there network is too slow,even the acct they have for deposit takes time more than it should and they don't have withdrawal thingy and is annoying especially the part where you wanted to deposit and recharge for someone while it urgent but at the end of the day the money won't reflect..

I have been using this app for like a month now,I usually had issues most times but if I chatted them they will resolve it for me,but today i buy data of 3gb which shows delivered, and the data doesn't reflect on my line and chat them on whatsapp for them to fix the problem and till now they did nothing to it, I don't receive anything yet since morning.

The app is good tho but it takes alot of time for it to receive money whenever I fund the app from my bank to it. It also took a lot of time before receiving data on my number whenever I send data to my phone.... I'll be glad if the app can be fixed so that it will be more faster and smarter than this.

This is really bad app I've ever deal with this year. This is my first time using this app and I'm totally disappointed with the first experience I have with it..I bought MTN data for three good number they diduct my money instantly without any of the line have the data almost 24hr now i have contact the customer care several times but no respond they even switch off the line at all... This is totally act of fraudulent..be aware scam scam app

The app keeps telling me to update it even after I updated it... And it started this after I deposited 3000 naira yesterday 22/11/2023. Though I managed to chat with a rep, I still haven't had my account credit nor has the money being returned to my Kuda bank. This is 3k I can afford to lose. I don't even know if the app still works. Tech team do your job.
