GPS position is not accurate. Call quality during video call is poor and makes it difficult to interact. General functions are acceptable. Needs improvement in terms of achieving a better quality. For the price it's acceptable but there are other models too which I have not tried. So unsure if any others are better than this at the same price point.

app doesn't login...after entirely the password multiple times, it say come back after 15 hours as operation failed.. neither their customer service is good. I reached out to them for an issue, I have not got a response after sending the video and also message. They are just asking for invoice which was not at all shared with me when they shipped the product. since I purchased it on their website they are not even bothered to check

Pathetic app and watch. There is no way the watch can be resetted to factory default settings. Also the app also shows device offline always. The time zone on the device has shifted automatically. There is no customer support for the app and device. Don't waste money immediately return the product if you have bought it.

Such a fake app, even there products are wastage of money as there watches don't show the accuracy of the location which was exactly mentioned on the website. I have worked as customer service every time they are giving excuses for such cases not trying to give an important to the product. Highly recommend to avoid such type of scammers.
