I like the jobs on the app but I've never even worked a trusted herd job and I have a 4 star out of 5, and I don't like how they rank BAs, I've been doing this for 12 years and even tho I have several endorsements on TH it doesn't help my rank, and some of the "High ranking" people show up to events late and cancel, it's super frustrating having a 4 star when I haven't even worked an event with TH

There is barely work opportunities listed, and the work that is listed is deceiving. For example, many gigs state $30-$35 per hour, but they only require 3 hours or less, and the gigs are located over 45 minutes away from. Not worth it, which explains my rating.

Cool app, Had one gig so far. but here's my problem. 95% of the gigs posted says "shift not been added yet" I think there should be a section where only companies that need help now should post so you know you're applying for a gig that is right around the corner cause you gonna apply for many of them and since no shift added yet meaning they not looking for help right now so the question is why post the ad now. Maybe the app should let them advertise but only reveal it 2 us when shift is added

Uninstalled and reinstalled. App will not let me review my demos. Super frustrating. Tons of low paying gigs, some as low as $13/hr. I thought this app was supposed to support the gig worker but it seems to favor the employer. It's also a bit much to take all of the time to set up a TH account to have to set up 100 other account to just get a gig or 2. Thought the point behind it all being here was so the employer could see our information.

opportunity to find work some employers overbook & remove their opts so TH isn't paid either not cool. TH should try to stop that. Once I'm booked, they shouldn't be able to cut us. penalize Them like AT&T, Mustard Lane, Alliance. Geez! no way to contact TH to understand how to move up in ranks. some rating measures don't work if there are other platforms, please lmk needed more reliable platforms this is a great 👍😎💕👍 idea💡 old work descriptions aren't removed and wastes search time
