This app is terrible. Rating it 1 star cause 0 isn't possible. The interface is very inconsistent. Customer support is laughable, and they always give excuses. Most of their drivers are horribly inexperienced, and there is only Toters to blame for not training their drivers to use their app properly, with most drivers putting "order on its way" the second they arrive to the restaurant, making tracking USELESS. DO NOT USE TOTERS. Call the restaurant directly.

I don't know why the ratings are low. A few years ago a service like this was just a dream here and something though only available in more development countries. But now it's available and it's good with alot of discounts and responsive customer support and nice delivery people. Only problem i have is I'll go fat and broke if I use it too much

Very bad experience. I received more than three orders with mistakes: either missing items or items I didn't order. Additionally, I recently ordered a plastic box that arrived broken. I informed customer support, and they promised to exchange it on the second day. I waited for them and contacted them, but nothing happened. Worse still, the support was reading my messages and leaving the conversation without even responding. I am really disappointed.

The app is good, I had an issue with lot of items missing, not the best way to report issues in the app, but I hope they will improve, after few hours they corrected the mistake and got everything.

It was one of the best delivery apps previously, but now it's absolutely worst delivery app, will never use it again it's such a nightmare.

The app after the last updated doesn't open, it freezes on the lunching page on my Galaxy Samsung S21 FE. Please to find a way to fix the problem.

Amending an "emotional driven" review. faced an issue with the app, and it got fixed after deleting & reinstalling it. Customer care contacted me to help with sorting out the issue. They were helpful. Delivery was fast and accurate. 3 stars for now...
