love using AS Air Home! It is very convenient to be able to adjust the desired temperature remotely. If on a trip, you can adjust the temperature once you arrive at the airport. I also like to monitor the amount of usage via the history. This allows you to see the difference of adjusting the thermostat just 1 degree cooler or warmer. This gives you good advice to conserve energy.

Got a platinum series 4 ton variable stage system March 2019. We are on our third thermostat, afraid to even touch it to change temp much less attempt to program settings. Have had system spontaneously begin blowing hot air (as another reviewer posted) during summer, they ultimately replaced the drive in unit. Today the app will not display runtime history, yet it was displaying history fine last night. I got the quiet system that I hoped for, but I would never buy it again.

When it was the Nexia App, it worked without problems. Was forced to convert to AS Home Standard App. This constantly drops the network and cant recover. Its 10 feet from the wireless access point. Fix your app its terrible. Makes me want to change thermostats to have something I can trust as reliable for an app. This shouldnt be hard or too much to ask for reliability. Its a thermostat not an Xbox. You should be ashamed. Only way it could get worse is to be spyware and not work.

Just wanted to set up the schedule and it so confusing as to be unusable. It came with intervals for home and away as would be expected for people going to work on weekdays. I want to add that it should cool down at night after 10PM 7 days a week and I absolutely can't figure this out. There appears to be no way to add a new interval for the weekend days. New intervals only cut existing ones in two, putting the new one to the left, or something... Super frustrating interface.

Works cleanly, and straight forward to use. Scheduling is tricky to use and could (should) be simplified; but once you get the hang of it, it works well. I haven't found a way to reset air filter timers via the app, so I still use the thermostat for that. Otherwise, I can use the app to control and adjust all the settings I need to access.

Overall it works well!!! Programming can be a little difficult and saving your changes takes several steps rather than just one simple "save" button. Great being able to make changes from the couch or airport on the way home. I believe it saves us money. Just watch "Apply" button needing to be hit several times.

Tech Support is good. The app did not work immediately after I installed it. I had to call the support line. That caused me to have to de-register and re-register my thermostat. After a few hoops, the app recognized the thermostat. After the tech was off the phone, I tried to turn off the Allergy filter and set the filter to Auto. It did not work. I have mixed ideas about the app. I don't mind going to the thermostat to make changes. I think the folks at American Standard need to troubleshoot this app more extensively as it appears to be somewhat fluky... I gave it so many stars because they want to do a good thing and they added some whistles and bells. Like all things, time wounds all heals....

Absolutely horrible camera Service anymore. There is still not an option to 24 hr. loop record. Cameras are intermittent, of the 4 cameras I have, only 2 are working because they are connected by ethernet, other 2 are wireless and have been out since b4 Christmas. HVAC part of the program is Top Notch as well as the lock systems and Garage Door Controller. I just purchased a 3 set of Blink wireless exterior waterproof cameras on Amazon Prime Days and can't wait to get them.
