Almost scam to say the least. They deduct next billing cycle fee two days earlier and when we talked to them that we don't want to renew they refused to refund although the new period have not started yet. This isn't the only bad thing, you don't have access to the saved payment methods, you can't tell when or how much the next bill is, the application is extremely poor and under developed, search function isn't working on fire stick and you had to manually search for content.

this app has potential but it's not there yet. firstly, it's very slow to load, that probably the servers getting slammed by hackers or people trying to load content. the media needs to be in a cdn ( I recommend Netflix open connect which is free to install). secondly, the amount of content is misrepresented. for example, half of the Ramadan shows are not there but are in the commercial every 5 mins. it also needs an Amazon fire app and Roku app

Horrible Customer Service. I upgraded to premium no-ads for multiple screens 2 months ago. They took the upgraded payments for 2 months and I still get 5 ads and I still can't watch on multiple screens. When I contacted customer support, they told me to unsubscribe then come back as a new customer with the new subscription for it to work. There was no refund for the money taken. And this is a horrible solution to the problem. I cancelled my account and will not be returning.

Disgusting 🫣. The amount of Ads unbelievable. I've deleted the app. Ads for 5mins is just 🤮🤢. There are two types of bundles. However, premium one with no ads is not realistic at all. Your premium subscription is very expensive, I think you have very high expectations for it, which doesn't reflect the contents. Shahid is cheaper and better synchronisation feature.

Two problems in the application, first, it sometimes keep showing the adds over and over like a closed loop, so I have to stop the app, restart the phone or force the app to completely stop and open it again in order to work. Second problem, sometimes the app misses the last watched video and even starts at a wrong point in time when choosing continue watching. And sometimes you lose the control, so no options like rewind, forward and go back, all the control options during playing disappear.

I don't recommend anyone to try it Subscription with advertisements is very provocative 4 continuous ads that you can not skip ... The accuracy is not at the level of the amount required for a copy without ads... It's a trap to try the platform you can never have fun.

i paid for a year subscription with no adds and then 2 months into it you change the price and move me to a lower plan !!! you should have given me the choice to choose better yet when you change the price you start charging the new price to new cst not existing ones who already paid !!! you are such a failure and i'm not even using the app now because of the excessive amount of unnecessary adds every 1 min of any show. so basically you scamed me and took my money for nothing in return

I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO SUBSCRIBE.. This is the worst experience ever it's literally a spam they take your money, and a month later, they stop casting properly, and you are left with nothing to watch bcz it keeps cutting. Customer service is horrible, and they have no clue what they are doning!!
