Best hearing aid app I've used to date. Would have rated it higher when first installed but the last update took away informational bar giving the current settings of volume and mpo that use to show on the modes/volume page. It also would be nice to see the current selected mode/program eliminating the need to cycle through them listening to beeps. UPDATE 23-Oct-2024: New ver 2.2.5 fixed above on 1st use only. Functions gone again on all following uses.

Worked for a while. Initially allowed testing and setting. Easy. Shortly.will no longer connect to ear-aids. Cant set anything. Phone and tablet both see the devices on bluetooth but app will not connect. Makes hearing aids useless. Must use custom bluetooth protocol as other apps cant connect.

Wow! I almost forgot about hearing aids because of the problems of adjusting them but with this HA-Fit it did all of the troublesome adjustments quickly and accurately!! 👍👍👍

I have issues with the app. The docs are poorly written by someone who has not done any technical writing and obviously never tried to use the devise with these instructions. The most important missing item for me was the fact that you must continue hitting the heard" button to set up the volume. Since you did not have the instructions checked by an experienced quality team read through the comments and update them for this model. The device works as intended they are adequate for the price.

Cannot find any information about what MPO is or know what Mode I'm in. I can hear it changing something because it beeps when I select MPO or Mode and there is some audio difference, but I don't know what changed. Had to pair the app and the left and right channel apps to you get it to work!?!? There is no help in the app.

Used this app in conjunction with purchase of Fisdemo "Nature Self-fitting Hearing Aids. Although I'm now quite pleased with the hearing aids, it involved a several hour process to make full use of the "hearing evaluation program to have your hearing tested and automatically optimize the settings". The problem was the horrible, confusing written directions accompanying the purchase. This report too limited to say what to do, but end results are great if you can ignore frustration.

Generally works well. Note however that to connect the app with ear units both Bluetooth AND (unintuitively) GPS must be activated on your phone. Also, more distressingly, selections made in the app for frequency response (8 bands from 250 hz to 8 khz) for left and right ear units occasionally reset themselves to zero for no apparent reason. One hopes these issues will be addressed in the next update.

There are features identified in the manual that are not in the app. For example, optimize. The app will do a hearing test but, no results are presented and no optimize to account for your test results. I had an audiologist report from my last hearing test. I used that to adjust the sound levels. I bought these to use a cheap spair. So far I do not have any issues with the Ballet 430S B+ hearing aids, only this app.
