My hub, app and sensor firmware are up to date, the sensor is fully charged and flashing red. But the sensor hasn't apparently taken a reading since the 8th August and its currently 12th August. There doesn't appear to be any feedback as to why. I've had to resort to taking moisture measurements by hand again. Pretty disappointed. It's a lot of money for the thing not to work the way all the marketing says it should! Why can't I get an up to date reading???

App is intrusive and requires too much personal information, I shouldn't need to give personal information to use a product I bought. It doesn't have an option for manual use and locks you into their paradigm. The setup process was clunky. I want to gather data, I don't want to wait around for an update, with no direct way of knowing if it's reporting. The setup video was not very useful. There should be a step by step setup guide. Overall, it feels a little gimmicky. Cloud storage only? Nah.

Pretty good! First app that i ever seen that is free for plants! Hopefully one day there will be one for rocks and crystals too! However there is a big with a infinite load time for saving images in profile pictures and that some plants are not available yet, but i did send two suggestions, also some of the tutorial text did not fit inside the box where the text was contained.

My fern was nearly dead. So I bought 5 sensors to go with the app did exactly as it notified eg. Water, learnt about my plants, moved it to a better position. I couldn't figure my plants out without this. Easy use easy to add data can even add when I added water, fertilizer to see when I go wrong. So my fern went from losing all but 2 leaves to throwing out new leaves daily and now thriving. I can't tell you enough I love this company/app.

Great app & it is completely free! I love that it allows users to add to the available collection of plants! Also, you can record, create & update schedules for individual plants for watering, fertilizing, repoting, pest control! Love your work, guys & thank you! One suggestion, if possible to allow users to add/exchange tips or warnings for each plant available in the library & then create filters: plants for beginners, high humidity, indoor, outdoor, low light plants &so on. Thanks again!

App is very restrictive. The plant library is limited to mostly varieties I've never seen or heard of. There is no option to add in a custom plant with your own setup. Such as, light, temperature, humidity, water intake, etc. Due to being restricted to only selecting what they've supplied in the plant library, the plant sensors become pretty useless because you have to select one close to your plant. However, there is nothing close enough. Add a custom plant option, please!

Smooth, informative and easy to use. The plant database is still being completed but the quality is very high for a new app. Great for someone like me who is just getting into indoor plants

I didn't realise that an app developed in Australia would be so exclusive of common plants around the world (particularly Canada in my case). They don't have wildrose or any kind of mint. In order to request either of these be added, it's making me send a photo - such an unnecessary barrier. I wanted an app with a cute name & thought I found it, but obviously I was wrong.
