We also made some important changes to comply with Google policies for platform updates and security which will allow us to build features at a faster pace! We update our apps regularly so we suggest turning on automatic updates on devices running The Customer Factor.

I've been using TCF for many years, and it was GREAT. However, ever since they created a new interface, it's horrible. It started with small problems that were easily resolved in minutes to now bigger issues that take days to get resolved. It's impossible to run a business like that. App constantly glitches, checklists get lost, pictures disappear, new customer info doesn' save, AND when calling customer service, a woman answers with kid and animal noises in the background (farm noises).

I purchased the year subscription to Customer Factor and had a hard time figuring it out (totally my fault, I'm not a quick learner when it comes to new apps). Unfortunately I had customers waiting for invoices so I just decided to go with another platform, and when I contacted the developer of CF and told them I needed to delete my account, they immediately acted on my request & to my surprise, sent me a very fair refund for the remainder of my subscription! They also took the time to explain all the features and show me how awesome Customer Factor really is. Needless to say, I will be switching back as soon as we get to winter & our schedule slows down enough for me to learn how to use it. Customer factor is way better priced than the others, and they are very helpful if you actually reach out to them for assistance. I would highly recommend this app for small service businesses!

Frequent crashes, excessive background battery drain. Functionality is fine, no issues. But TCF keeps running in the background, has halved my battery life, and when I check logs I see crashes and only from TCF. I recommend severely limiting background usage, disabling location services, and when not actively using the app, going to "App Info" and "Force Stop App" every time it's not the active app on your screen.

The customer factor is a great program. But the phone app is straight garbage, if you do to many things at one time is freezes and won't load anything. You have to shut down the app and try to reload it, half the time it won't even reload. Very frustrating when you are trying to work amd get customers info.

I have used this program for years. The program itself is very good. However , customer service is the biggest downfall. I called in to make a payment and get my account fixed and have been told to pay by a link. Put info into the link. It didn't work. Called back to make sure everything was OK, but I couldn't reach anyone. Reached out through email and was told they would look into it. I was told I'd get a call within an hour and that Steve is the only one who can process payments. No call!!!

Horrible communication! I have had a few cards I've had to cancel due to employees losing them and then if the billing doesn't go through they don't call or email or anything to you to let you know- they just completely log you out right away with no notice! Its ridiculous!

The app use to load on my phone but now after multiple deletes and reinstalls I can't even log-in. It's been 2 weeks. I thought maybe it was a system error or an update and I've completed all avenues to remedy this but no luck. As soon as I reinstall it I click open...it comes to the log-in page, I enter my user name and password then the app minimizes and won't log-in. It's frustrating!

Awesome app and , increadable customer service. They will schedule to walk you though system and help you get the program configured to serve your business best. You can have emails automated to be sent and request reviews after a job is completed. All your expenses and profits are able to be recorded in program, which makes taxes a breeze at the end of the year. Able to send invoices from phone. Store all job history in my phone, and attach before and after pics to job hist. All on cloud.
