Downloaded the app, proceeded to set it up but it wouldn't let me past the preferences page as the Continue button remained greyed out. Contacted Young's but they were unable to help me. A missed opportunity. Update 28 October - The On Tap support team persisted with my issue and I managed to get the app to work at last. Grateful for their help.

I do appreciate the app and it works well at the pub, but it is sadly buggy. the app is literally unusable for me anywhere without location enabled. A popup asks me to enable location and it doesn't go away. Also it really doesn't save pubs to favourites. Revised down to three stars as requires GPS to be on to order. Not just location but GPS. Battery draining and intrusive. You have to scan in and confirm the pub 3 times anyway. FP2 android 7 if that helps.

Worst pub app ever! You can't order at the bar, they make you download the app. Of course the pub doesn't have signal, so you have to use their WiFi - which needs laborious registration. Then the app makes you register - You can't check out as a guest. Once past the million screens it takes to order, you have to try and pay. It wouldn't let me pay by Google pay - some error - and it wouldn't let me register a card - some other error. Just do waiter service with a pad and pen! Truly awful.

Edit 14-5-22 The app has been improved greatly, but not all food/drink options are available , so you have a better choice by actually going to the bar and looking at a menu Needs alot of work, not that easy to navigate as there is no search option, menu is just a long scrolling list. very easy to cancel the whole order. That said it does work and is the only option at present

Poor overall. Looks great but frustrating. There's no search function so you have to scroll through endlessly to find a specific thing. You MUST grant location permission to use the app, you can't just say which pub you're in. Finally after I'd entered the whole order and went to check out it just disappeared, and I had to start again from scratch which was infuriating.

Pointless. App doesn't work, website resets connection, if you eventually manage to reach the website ( using a vpn, completely random attempt ) you open the pages in the website but some of the content returns a 404 error message. Just insist on having a waiter coming to take your order. It would be great to have the option for a zero rating

Not great. I downloaded the app ready to go, but mistakenly out in wrong email address - small miss spell. Since the verification code goes to email, it has of course gone to the wrong (non-existent!) address. I can't fix it, as can't validate /log in. I also can't uninstall and reinstall, or even use a 2nd different email address, as the app get's registered to the device (!!!!). So I'm stuck. Would need to have a whole new phone to get any further.

Hands down one of the worst apps I've ever used. Slow, unresponsive, constantly asking for data collection, and a pain when just visiting a pub briefly. Also couldn't work out my location. Ended up using the iOS version on another phone and was easier, but still not exactly seamless experience. Poor.
