The connection is very finicky, any time I lose 4G or get to 2 bars on wifi nothing loads properly. Also, with the new update for some reason, every time I go into a menu from the main page the app cuts my screen resolution in half, with the app only covering half the screen. Could just be a problem with my phone model but doubt it since no other app does this. Sleek looking, but these issues make it a pain to navigate.

Crashing in abundance. Whatever the update did broke the ability for me to see the cyride. I have deleted my data and also re installed on two seperate instances, however it hasn't gone away so this is a issue with the app - not my phone. Just please revert it to whatever it was several months ago.

Crashes a lot it's useful but the crashes and not working is hard to navigate around. This app is really helpful to freshman and it's frustrating when we cannot use the app because of bugs. Many times the app just freezes and stops working.

dining doesnt work. doesnt show the times, and if I go to a specific place, it shows everywhere and some multiple. I can no longer decide where to eat using this app. not to mention the frequent crashes and sign outs and overall slow load time.

I am unable to access the app because it says "Mystate needs an internet connection to retrieve the base configuration" even though I am connected to the school provided wifi. An app marketed for the school that isn't compatible with it's own internet is absolutely stupid and useless. Please fix this issue.

Using this app has been one of the worst experiences, it logs me out randomly, even while I'm still using it, you cannot view anything without signing in, not even bus schedules. The interface is clunky and most of the features dont even work.

Ever since the update it always says I don't have enough memory when I have several gigabytes free, I tried clearing more and it still gives me the same error whenever I open the app. I'm pretty sure a simple application as this doesn't require over 20 gbs of memory to run.

Great app when it works. A lot of times the cyride implementation (which is almost the only thing I actually use) will go down for no reason. Very frustrating when it happens as this one seems to be more accurate than myride
