I don't want to contact your team by phone or email. JUST DO YOUR JOB AND MAKE AN APP OR WEBSITE THAT WORKS. Utterly confusing app. Demands all sorts of permissions, but it's unusable. The website didn't work (error codes). Why is receiving a parcel so difficult? The sender completed a customs declaration and, why do they want this repeated? Complete waste of time. Emails and polite queries are ignored.

I wonder as to why South Korea would like to complicate online shopping by introducing this frustrating app; as a foreigner, you will never get registered thru it. One of the things that have made me frustrated with Korea is the mobile phone verification requirement - which of course will never be successful. The app is not user friendly with foreigners!

The app is incredibly painful to use as a foreigner. The fact that there is no support for foreign languages on an app that is focused on international goods is astonishingly short-sighted. And even worse, you cannot even take screenshots in the app to send to Papago for translation. The foreign user experience is horrendous. It should be, in my opinion, a point of shame for Korean Customs that this issue has been mentioned and begged for for years but never properly fixed.

I was advised to download this app as their website on PC would NOT register me to gain the personal ID number after an hourr of file downloading that won't install for security feature. Yet, I find It is more frustrating that this app is asking to access to phone calls and photos and videos, if the full resident ID fully disclosed to them. Nosy for what reason? It doesn't even show what benefit we can really get from allowing their access. Invasive and not putting enough effort to explain why

No foreign language option. You'd think that an import app would remember to add the top international languages, especially since there is a sizeable foreign population. Honestly, if calling wasn't just as much trouble I wouldn't even bother.

Not worth your time to download if you are not fluent in Korean. The app seems to have no foreign language options, and it does not allow you to translate the screen to try and navigate it otherwise. Do not waste your time, and try to ask a person fluent in Korean to help you instead.

Worked surprisingly well on the first try. No issues with identity verification and all that, but the menus and number of options are overwhelming at best, but par for the course in Korea. Learn Korean you losers.
