I am giving this a one star because on the Skynet collection page I've been having problems with attaching my ID after finishing the clearing instructions. it's been 2 days I've been trying to Attach my ID but the "browse file" button is not working. and another reason I am giving one star it's because on the clearing instructions there are things that I do not know there things such as vat number and so forth

Terrible app. Signing up is huge hassle. Tried signing up but nothing happened when i clicked on respond. Skynet is pretty slow. I kept on checking my tracking number and it still shows that it's on the sender's premise. When will they pick it up? Did they possibly forget their one job?

The terrible delivery partner i never see, even haven't gave me a call when arrived, afterthen tracking status show delivery attempt fail!!!! Customer line none stopped calling for 2 days from Morning to Afternoon also no one pickup !!! What a horrible and terrible courier company! The service attitude can be completely indifferent, loose, and perfunctory!!

The worst courier and tracking app ever. Send item at skynet georgetown at 30hb june and start shipping process at 12 july after call cust serv for complaint. What worse, when i call about the delay they say the tracking no is just a booking number where the item hasn't been received for delivery. So why the tracking system show the product has been received!!! Later the item received incomplete and all their branch and cust serv push the responsible to one another. At the end cannot claim loss

terrible service, received message at 11:53am saying that item is out for delivery and yet now already 6:18pm still havent received anything, wasting my time from work just to come home wait for item drop off.
