Coming from a Communication community like MTN, My expectations were dashed. The app doesn't recognize a password even after a backend update has been done. It's so frustrating using it as I can't log in to access my account not to talk of working on it. Very unfriendly user interface.

The problem I have with this company is their customer care is very poor. I have been a subscriber for over 2 years. But getting them to come and fix a problem is a challenge. There is no phone number to call. The ones available do not connect, I tried sending an email but it bounced back. As much as I enjoy using the network I have a challenge with their customer care. If any of the admins can see this review, I hope they will work on it

The previous version was functional in the sense that one could log in. This new version only allows the username to be entered and stops there! All attempts at entering the password failed. The developer needs to make it work!

The worst ISP in Nigeria, I had to terminate my subscription after 10 days of activation. They didn’t allow me to have the password for the Router and insisted that I should call every time I want to change my WiFi SSID / Password or enable disable Port Forwarding or Firewall!! Several visits to their office in Abuja showed me that they are useless. Internet connection is so unstable and the wrong configurations they have on their router disallows my kids’ PlayStation connection to the net!

FibreOne's customer service is profoundly disappointing and the very worst! When technical issues arise, getting support feels like an impossible battle. Customers are often left stranded for weeks, with no proactive response from the company. Worse still, their technicians frequently demand bribes before attending to faults,a practice that erodes trust and professionalism. For a company that claims to provide premium internet services, this level of disregard for customer care is unacceptable.

Really good internet speeds but the Customer Service is truly the worst. I don't understand how this company can have such good internet coverage but can't back it up with proper maintenance structure. Making a complaint when there's an issue is the worst experience you can have because it takes so long (weeks most of the time) before you're attended to. It's quite appalling really.
