The app has seen some improvements over time, but there's also been some regression. I remember when the app used to tell you which lanes were affected during an accident or construction. Now it doesn't. I am a semi-trucks driver and that was the most useful feature to me. It allowed me to take one of the open lanes in advance before getting to the traffic congestion. It is also hard to read text when tapping on an icon for more information. The gray text and black background don't go together.

Old app was much better. I hate the new travel times. Before you could just enter your starting and ending points and given the total travel time. Now I have to add up all the individual times. On busy mornings, I dont have time to do this. I just want the actual time from point a to point b!! Please fix this as the new travel times are useless. Thank you.

The old app that lets you use it was By Far better the new one is unusable because of the Stupid Warning that blocks you and makes you struggle to try to get past it so you can check travel speeds/time.... And other routes ,i can't figure out how to attach a image but I'm pretty sure you know the warning thing that Blocks the map of you get stuck in a back up all of s sudden you can't get to the map to find a way out

may 2024 , POS unable to get this app to work... Just buffers and crashes. Rather like the traffic jams im trying to avoid by using this horrible app. ** 2019, reviews note similar issues.. so updating this app is NOT gonna happen evidently... traffic will be backed up and cleared before this dreadful app is working well... I don't think most ratings are REAL either..

It's very glitchy and crashes often. Also the traffic lines show up multiple times and not sure what's going on but I'll be using the standard website for now. I feel like this app is still in beta mode.

This app is utterly useless. I downloaded it because of the storm moving so I could keep up with road flooding. When I needed it most, the app “couldn't connect to TranStar" and now I've been stranded on the road for four hours.
