This app has been handy to use but the recent update makes it otherwise. The phone bio login is now removed forcing you to use singpass all the time. Singpass itself is so clunky, having to get over so many steps. Was trying to request medication top up, after taking a photo of the med, was sent to singpass login again. After Singpass yet again, it crashed. Even all the banks, which require a lot more security don't require me to use singpass all the time. Pls make the app better, not worse

When a mandatory update is due, the app would just freeze there without allowing u to update there and then from within the app itself. U need to force close it, and go to play store to do the update. But after that, the new version just wont start successfully, despite uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. After providing the phone OS, HW and other info requested, nothing else heard so far as of 4Mar25. Meanwhile, the app continues to crash upon startup, no matter how times I reinstalle

Don't understand the purpose of this app when polyclinic do not allow payment at kiosk, forcing me to pay via app after 3 working days but I cannot make my payment on the app. Also have issue opening and logging into the app to view bills and appointments.

The new software update does not work with Android 9 phone. Mine is a Nova 3i phone. Everytime when I open the app, it just hang in for a few sec and then shuts down. I have tried to reinstall the app a few times and still have the same problem. I can't make or change appts or even make payment with your new software app. Please look into this.

This app is very laggy. Sometimes, it is not even accessible in clinic while trying to register for appointment. The recent update is worse ... can't navigate to other interfaces like past appointments or bills paid. I regret updating it! Developers should test fully & fix before launching ... extremely frustrating app but have no alternative.

always have the same problem, while log in to this App keep on turning for long times, even wanted to logout, then stuck at the Yes/No options, hanging for long time, can't do any thing, have to force to off the handphone, then restart the handphone again.

Logging in to NUHS using SingPass mobile app is usually difficult even after a few attempts. Not sure if its the NUHS app or the SingPass app. Using the NUHS feedback has not been successful so far. The NUHS app keeps asking me to log in via SingPass. Hence, giving feedback becomes impossible. Please check. Thank you.

Unable to login after multiple attempts. Terrible app. My phone already has limited storage space, yet now I'm forced to download this app to reschedule my appointment. After downloading, can't find any where to reschedule even after watching the video. Then tried to log in via Singpass but it keeps crashing even after multiple tries. I'm trying to be responsible by rescheduling my appointment so that the doctors can see other patients, but this app is not even allowing me to do that.
