Can't edit reservations and customer service won't reimburse when you accidentally hit pm instead of am and don't realize it until after the reservation started. I have 3 reservations on my app, 2 are completed and I can't figure out how to get them off the screen. I have to scroll through them to get to the right one. It's frustrating because I travel a lot. Reservations help keep my account straight, but causes confusion trying to find the right one.

Needs improvement for displaying the bar code for a reservation, especially during the checking out phase. I bring up the app and it displays "find your reservation" screen, asking for a confirmation number. If I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting to exit, there should, at least, be a button to easily bring it up with a single click. But then, when i did finally find it, the bar code area was blank. Nothing to scan. I had to dig thru my email to find a bar code.

The app is really convenient. There is one thing missing that stops me from giving it 5 stars. Each reservation should have a field where I can enter where I parked. I have to save a note on my phone each time I park. If I enter it in the reservation when I park, it can appear in the reminder email when I get home.

I tried using the app to make a reservation, but when I go to add my award points for a free day of parking, it doesn't take off the money. Then, I went to the website and it took the points, but when I go to hit the continue button after entering in my payment info it doesn't go to the next page. I tried to use the chat on the website, but the automated system said it wasn't within the hours to speak with an agent. Weird, since it was 2 in the afternoon when I tried chatting with them. Fix this

Fantastic place to park in Phoenix. Great rates compared to main parking at the airport. I wasn't able to book online during my last trip since their system was giving weird errors but the guy at the main desk gave me a note to give to them when I returned. They gave me the same discount as I would have if I booked online. Thanks for the great customer service!

APP rarely works. I hope they improve it. Get error messages when I try to make a reservation as well as when I try to redeem points. Points also dont load when logged into the website. Lastly, if your flight lands late the barcode disappears from app and you cant self exit through the gate. Please fix!!

The app does what I expect. In my opinion, meeting expectations is worthy of a solid three stars. I can't reward a business for doing what they should do with an above average score. So, four stars are reserved for when I am pleasantly surprised. The coveted five star rating is awarded only when I am thoroughly blown away by the quality or service received. Naturally, disappointing me results in stars being lost, the bigger disappointments resulting in one star being awarded.

Garbage app. I couldn't create an account, but it looks like I was able to book a reservation as a guest. However there was no confirmation that I had made a payment, although the reservation shows the last 4 digits of the card that was charged (which are not the last 4 digits on the card that my PayPal account shows is requesting authorization). I'm not confident this worked, but I did get an email confirming my reservation even though I can no longer access that reservation through the app.
